Find your perfect Tableware solution
All of our ceramics are kiln-fired for durability and our knives, forks and spoons are forged in premium 18/10 stainless steel. Please see below for details on what Tricer’s tableware solutions consist of.
|Vitrified Tableware:||Our items are the result of quality clay being heated to ultra-high temperatures, causing the compounds in the clay to harden. This creates a structure that will not absorb water and is extremely durable in everyday use.|
|China||Our china offers a strong but elegant and delicate tableware solution that provides Hospitality and At Home users a practical but creative option.|
|18/10 Stainless Steel||Our cutlery consists of 18% chromium and 10% nickel. The chromium binds to the stainless-steel surface and protects it from acid which would cause rust. The high nickel content results in our knives, forks and spoons having a high level of protection from corrosion. In addition, the 18/10 stainless steel provides a quality and well-balanced offering for the perfect dining experience.|
Please note: Tricer are acting as a reseller of all Dudson and Sola branded tableware items listed on this website. Tricer has no association or relationship, implied or otherwise, to the current Dudson and Solar brand owners.
Covid-19 Delivery Update
We’re working together with our delivery partners to safely deliver products to store and home. Due to the current situation we are experiencing delays to our delivery times which means orders may take longer than the advertised.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Orders received by 1pm (Monday-Friday) for Goods in stock from mainland UK & Northern Ireland will be dispatched within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). The delivery day will be dependent on the courier availability and capacity.
The time taken to dispatch an order received from the rest of the world, EIRE and non-mainland UK will be provided by us on request.
The lead time for Goods that are out of stock or only available to pre-order will be confirmed after order placement or through contacting Customer Services at:
Telephone: +44 (0)1782 960 706
For mainland UK and Northern Ireland customers, delivery is charged based on the value of the order placed. Orders over £75 (excl. VAT) will be free of charge. All orders under £75 for mainland UK and Northern Ireland will be charged a set rate of £10. For the rest of the world, EIRE and non-mainland UK, the shipping cost will be provided on request. Please contact Customer Services as above.
The driver is remitted to deliver to the “Kerb side” and not directly into your property. The driver is not responsible for removing the Goods to a place of your choice such as a garden or the side of the property, so please ensure you have made sufficient arrangements to move your Goods into your property once the driver has delivered the pallet to the Kerb side.
If you are concerned that a larger vehicle will have access problems or be subject to road restrictions, you are advised to contact Tricer prior to placing your order. We will then endeavour to make an alternative arrangement for you. The pallet can only be left on a flat, stone, concrete or tarmac surface, free from manhole or service covers which can be accessed by a manual pallet truck. The driver will be unable to push the pallet up or down inclines or across grass or gravel pathways.
Some local authorities may prosecute if an obstruction is not cleared. Tricer and its agents will accept no responsibility for any obstruction.
If an attempt is made to deliver your order on the arranged date, but we are unable to deliver because you are not home (and have not agreed in advance to unattended delivery at your own risk), or there is insufficient space available for the vehicle to safely manoeuvre on the road, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the failed delivery. The goods will then either be returned or redelivered, having been rearranged. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries incurs a £10.00 minimum charge.
